I have waited at the airport shuttle pickup for an hour. And currently the shuttle is for both the pvalue and jetset customers which largely increased the wait time. Definitely they should have mire shuttle and staff during busy hours.

My family had an excellent experience. Staff was available to help us when we dropped off and picked up our car. The wait for the shuttle was minimal. The process was straightforward and not at all intimidating. I will use this service in the future.
This service was very easy to use and was reasonably priced for the airport. The shuttle bus that takes you to the terminal runs about every 10-15 min. Upon returning my car was secure and without damage and even though it was after midnight I was able to pick it up by key drop and head home! I'd recommend it for short 2-3 day parked.
I arrived at the lot where the attendant noticed my rear tire was low on air. We were at sea on a Carribbean cruise when I emailed Jetset parking to inquiry about the possibility of repairing my flat. I was surprised and very happy to get a quick response from them. They provided a name and with my permission contacted him. The next day, Roadrunner Mobile tire repair attended Jetset and repaired my vehicle. Jetset exceeded my expectations. They were professional, quick to respond to requests and very helpful. I fully and without hesitation recommend Jetset as your best option when parking at the airport. After picking up my car, I found that my belongings had been rifled through and something is missing. It's not something that is of major value, but it matters to me and it is now gone. Tip: If you don't want to get caught, then next time put things back how you found them, maybe the next victim won't notice. Way to go Jetset parking, I guess the 160 bucks I paid to park in your lot for less than a week isn't enough to keep your staffs hands from stealing things from your customers. Losers!! Get it together or your business is going to tank fast.
